Rubi began her real estate career in 1992. She has built extensive experience and a strong professional network throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and has been a top producer at Coldwell Banker since 2012 before joining Park North in 2021. Her honest and ethical approach to real estate has earned the trust of both clients and colleagues. She is a strong negotiator who works diligently to secure the best possible price and terms for her clients, always prioritizing their best interests.
During the real estate crash of 2008, Rubi handled numerous short sales and foreclosed properties. She holds the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification and serves clients across San Francisco, the Peninsula, and the North East Bay for both buyers and sellers.
Born and raised in Japan, Rubi is fluent in both English and Japanese. She is deeply committed to giving back to the community and has participated in various volunteer activities throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. She has also actively supported childhood cancer research through the Great Cycle Challenge USA.
Outside the office, Rubi enjoys beekeeping, raising chickens, and gardening in her backyard. She is a California Master Beekeeper (Journey Level), certified by the UC Davis Beekeeping Program, and is one of the leaders in her local beekeeping association.. She has a deep love for nature and enjoys open water swimming and trail biking.
